The Punisher sets out for Scotland, hot on the heels of international drug dealers, and running into problems with the local police - who don't particularly appreciate his methods! Frank soon finds himself in heated conflict with the drug dealers, and receives assistance from a near-giant Scotsman wielding a broadsword - The Highlander.
