Synopsis for "Last Exit From the Bronx"
The Punisher beat up a drug pusher named Saucers and took him to a cell near his other prisoners. Later, Kerry Dowenn, a para-psych believed that Jake was "over adjusted" to the deaths of his family due to his friendly attitude towards others, although Jake actually became obsessed with punishment and saw all crime as a personal attack on him that needed retribution. At the Alchemax Building, Fearmaster punished Delphine for attempting to run away by calcifying her leg before Multi-Fractor told him that the Punisher was becoming a problem.
The Public Eye also thought that the Punisher was a problem and the Chief revealed that he had attempted asking the drug addict Saucers met earlier about his identity due to him having a face scrambler, but that she wasn't available due to having died after taking a "dream dive" from the New Jersey overpass. Jake was angered by this revelation and chose to execute Saucers with the molecular disintegrator (the last method of capital punishment before it was banned fifty years earlier) that Matt had worked on.
