Synopsis for "Love & Bullets Part One: Confession"
After Mister Muscles, the guy from the energide (the new wonder drug from Alchemax) came to Matt at the Degen Hostel and told him that the drug was bad, Cyber-Nostra gangsters killed the former and attempted to kill Matt in an attempt to dispose of evidence. Matt contacted Jake, who came to his aid and killed his would-be-killers. Afterwards, Matt suspected a connection between Cyber-Nostra and Alchemax and after Jake left the Degen Hostel, while Slithar and the Ninja-Nostra detected the Punisher and tracked him to his home.
Kerry came to Jake's home again and told him that she was resigning because she believed that she had mistakenly accused him of being the Punisher, although Jake responded by once again admitting that he was, in fact, the Punisher and showing her the Punishment Hotel and his molecular disintegrator before the two kissed. Slithar and the Ninja-Nostra discovered a maze of tunnels under Jake's home and after they used an explosive charge to access them, Jake detected a break-in, suited up as the Punisher, and engaged the intruders in combat. Kerry came to check on Jake, but she was held at gunpoint by Slithar, who planned to execute her.
