Synopsis for "The Punisher vs. JJJ vs. Space (and also vs. The Brood Queen)"

At Launch Complex 39A, at Kennedy Space Center, spectators were prepared to watch the Draekus Corporation launch the Freyr into space. The Freyr was about to take off while an impatient J. Jonah Jameson rushed inside and saw that the Punisher had Devon Washington, one of the astronauts, in a headlock before he used Washington as a shield when an astronaut named Milos Babich shot him. Then, the Punisher grabbed Jonah and tossed him towards the controls, causing the ship to launch before taking Babich's gun and killing him next. Afterwards, the Punisher revealed that "Babich" was actually a Russian agent named Dmitri Solokov and that the other astronauts were also impostors.

While the Draekus Corporation saw Jonah and the Punisher inside through cameras, the two put on spacesuits before they were told that there was obstruction interrupting power in bay three of the ship. The Punisher went to bay three to fix it while trusting Jonah with piloting. Jonah was planning to go home just before he and the Punisher encountered the Brood. A surviving Russian agent impersonating Commander Brian Connelly aimed his gun at Jonah and the Punisher before a Brood breached the hull of the ship and crushed him to death. The Brood took Jonah while the Punisher opened fire on them. The Punisher took a transport out of the cargo bay, crashed into what appeared to be the Brood's "space whale", and saved Jonah before their queen could make him her mate.

When the "space whale" repaired the whole that the Punisher made in it, he and Jonah fought more Brood before realizing that the "space whale" was piloting itself to crash towards Earth. Frank revealed his name to Jonah, who revealed that he "never really liked his type" only for him to turn out to be his "friend" in the end. After crash landing off of Florida's southern coast, the Punisher used the transport that he used to breach the "space whale" and drove it along the water with Jonah.

Synopsis for "Epilogue"

Jonah entered DJ Ham's studio and interrupted his broadcast to patch Caelus Drake through for an interview. Then, Jonah accused Drake of "negligent endangerment", bringing up the Russian separatists piloting his ship, although Drake claimed that he "obviously wasn't planning" on it or on him destroying the ship to stop them. Next, Jonah accused Drake of the ship having been intended to intercept with the Brood and having promised something or somebody in exchange for his "truly astonishing technological innovations" while Drake saw the Punisher on the other side of a window.

Drake's blood stained his windows as the Punisher looked outside. Jonah, who thought that Drake was just hanging up, told him that he would "see him at the trial" and that "justice will be served" before he left the headphones and microphone he took behind. After Jonah left, the Punisher said that "justice" was served as he was heard from the headphones left behind.
