Synopsis for "War in Bagalia: part three"
In the case of Bagalia v. Frank Castle, "Frank" (still actually Jigsaw in disguise) was found guilty of all charges and was sentenced to death by hanging. Jigsaw stabbed his lawyer in the throat in front of cameras while the real Frank walked into a classroom filled with his "army", who were ready for their orders, although he was about to leave when he learned that they didn't know how to fight. Frank reluctantly agreed to lead them and improvised by directing his fellow prisoners to take sodium vapor lights used by the prison, gasoline from the vehicles, and fertilizer in the form of ammonium nitrate.
As part of stage one of their plan, they clogged the toilets on level two of the east wing with gloves full of potassium before one of their people came to "fix" it and popped the gloves, causing leaks after sewage water came into contact with the potassium, allowing them to gain access to their lockers, a uniform, and a fully charged stun gun while the guards looked for new uniforms. In stage two, one prisoner drank moonshine and puked on a window and another prisoner convinced a guard to open the doors for the infirmary, allowing them to access their medicine cabinets. One prisoner who looked like he was taking care of the leak collected the water in a bucket and threw it inside of the breaker room.
In stage three, a Hydra agent brought a cart of food to guards as the power outage started. In the fourth and final stage, Sister Mercy drugged the command center's guards with morphine and took control of it as part of their first of four objectives. Objective two involved two prisoners went into the ventilation room and combined two chemicals, producing a gas that neutralized any reinforcements. Objective three involved cutting off the base's communication with the outside world, using a cloth drizzled in gas that was a mixture of nitrogen fertilizer, diesel from the vehicles in the garage, and a super-heated stun gun battery to work as the blasting cap, causing an explosion.
Frank used a transceiver to divert the guards' attention from the explosion to a supposed riot in the gym. The "rioters" ran outside of the gym and Frank locked the guards inside before spraying them with gasoline with the sprinklers, followed by a prisoner dropping a lighter on them, burning them, completing objective four, and allowing the prisoners to take the prison.
