Synopsis for "Up Is Down and Black Is White, Part Five"
The Punisher attacks Nicky Cavella, and is shot by Teresa. He is rescued by Roth and Kathryn who take him back to Roth's apartment and tend to his wounds. At the end of the issue Kathryn and Frank sleep together, and after falling asleep the last panel shows Teresa standing over them with a knife.
