History
When the dragons of each of the Seven Capital Cities of Heaven were being hunted for their hearts, Quan Yin came to warn Iron Fist, who was with Pei, Luke Cage, and Gork at the time, that the cosmos would be unbalanced if all of the dragons were to die.[1]

Compassion Inducement: Quan Yin is able to make others feel the full effect of her compassion simply by being near her, and able to send those feelings to affect someone remotely.[2] Being near this affect feels like "concentrated goodness."[3]
