History
The Quantum Drive is a high-capacity data storage device that contained a comprehensive list of effective countermeasures against every major super hero on the planet (dubbed "Axiom Protocols"). It was stolen from the Pentagon by an individual using a counterfeit Iron Man Armor[1] and subsequently put up for auction.[2] John Walker purchased it for the Pentagon, but was knocked out by Phil Coulson who threw the suitcase with the drive in it into the ocean. A S.H.I.E.L.D. team retrieved it soon afterwards.[3]
