History

Quatrus was an artificial being (bioblastoid) created by Arnim Zola. He was used to disguise himself as Captain America and to act as the Avengers in the trial of Red Skull held in Germany on charges of war crimes then to have him officially handed over as accused of crimes in the United States and then extradite him.
