History

Quickwire was a speed enthusiast who pumped up his reflexes and nervous system using drugs and other enhancements. He was caught by Spider-Girl on a crime spree stealing various medical supplies to meet his habit.

Quickwire was later recruited by Arthur Weadon for his anti-terrorism task force as part of a work release program. He worked under the direction of Kaine with Big Man and Raptor.

When a second Weadon squad was formed, Kaine mentioned two former members graduated with honors, while the third went rogue and was hunted down by Kaine himself. Given his attitude and unrepentant nature, it's likely Quickwire was the rogue agent Kaine mentioned.
