History
Rapskullion was the evil yet witless ruler of Evillius, one of the halves of the planet Muscula, which was locked in eternal conflict with Noblor and its champion, Majestar. In his pursuit for physical power, Rapskullion neglected to foster his mind, and this unbalance became his downfall, causing him to always lose to Majestar. Rapskullion was cartoonishly evil and incompetent, and didn't appear to pose much of a real threat to the Musculans.
During one of Evillius' No-Scheme Tuesdays, Rapskullion was holding a barbecue with his minions. They were interrupted by Majestar and his allies, who had been reluctantly convinced by Noblor's other prince, Otherone, to accompany him in an assault on Rapskullion's territory. This course of action was unprecedented since all Noblor's heroes did before was repel Rapskullion's incursions, and never invade his lands. During the resulting battle, Otherone boosted Majestar's Sword of Strength with the Power Stone in his possession, unwittingly resulting in the complete destruction of Evillius, which caused Rapskullion's death and obliterated the entire planet as well.[1]Trivia
