History
The son of late Morlocks member Piper, the Rat King lived in the sewers beneath Central Park. He used his mutant power of zoopathy to hypnotize local animals into stealing money and jewels from people. He was discovered by Eye-Boy and Nature Girl, who defeated him and ordered him to let the animals alone.[1]
