History
Rave is a highly addictive street drug created by Elias Bogan.[1] Cecilia Reyes became extremely addicted to the drug to as it temporarily boosted her powers.[2]
Elias Bogan captured Bishop, hung him upside down, and force fed him Rave. The drug made Bishop go mad and also made him susceptible to the mind manipulations of Elias' pet telepath. She was easily able to sedate Bishop and remove Bishop's psi-block.[1]Properties
