Cosmic Brick Crisis[]
Break-In at the Raft[]
Partnering with Sabretooth Mystique and Sabretooth broke into the Raft, Mystique disguised as a guard, breaking the prisoners out with explosives. Mystique then joined Magneto as his pilot after Sabretooth managed to free him.
Attack on the X-Mansion[]
During the attack on Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, her and Magneto were able to recover the tesseract. Once a team of X-Men arrived, Mystique disguised herself as Charles Xavier. The team saw through this disguise however, attacking the two and giving chase. As Magneto and Mystique fled, they were chased by Jean Grey, Iceman, and Beast. However, the two were able to escape.
Rise of Liberty[]
As Magneto controlled the Statue of Liberty in an attempt to steal Roxxon's power core, Mystique and Mastermind joined him. The Brotherhood were attacked by a Quinjet holding Hulk, Mr. Fantastic, and Wolverine, causing Magneto to retaliate and use the statue to punch the three into the Roxxon plant. After Magneto successfully stole the Roxxon power core, Mystique left with him to work on Asteroid M.
Defending Magneto[]
Travelling to Genosha with Magneto, Mystique posed as his decoy and using a metal-bending gun to mimic Magneto's powers and fought Captain America, Thing, and Storm on Genosha. She was defeated when the trio used nearby debris to break through her shield.
Last Stand on the Helicarrier[]
When Loki threatened to feed Earth to Galactus, the Avengers enlisted the help of the villains, Mystique included, to fight Galactus. Mystique was part of Team 1 with Spider-Man, Thing, and Green Goblin. Team One worked to repair one of the S.H.I.E.L.D. rotors, eventually directing the subsequent wind to Galactus. Eventually, the earth was saved, with Team Three summoning a Black Hole and Team Four knocking Galactus and Loki into it. As per Fury and Doom's agreement, the villains got a 30-second head start with Hulk, helped by the fact that Hulk couldn't count past three.[1]
A Game of Chess[]
He later returned to the Raft with Mystique to recover his chess board. Not finding it in his room, the duo found it in possession of Mysterio and confronted him. Despite Mysterio using his powers of illusion to evade them, they were ultimately able to defeat him and get the Chessboard back. Magneto and Mystique then celebrated with a game, which Mystique won.[1]Trivia
