History

William Raymond Golding was the World Development Council's ambassador to Greater Britain.

In 8162, he was kidnapped by French rebel group La Folie in order to be exchanged for two of their members held in British custody. Dragon was tasked with performing the exchange. Thanks to his efforts, Golding was released.
