Makes it hard to figure out what's real... who you really are... so the only real option... is to cut the two halves apart and start all over.
The Reavers seemingly had a similar history as its Earth-616 counterpart.
They was among the super-villains who were involved in brainwashing Deadpool. When Wade was freed of his programing, he targeted those involved in his brainwashing, including the Reavers.[1]See Also
