History
Reed Richards shared a similar history to his Earth-616 counterpart until Spider-Man tried to remove the Symbiote but Mister Fantastic was unable to, as it had grafted to his body already. He imprisoned the possessed Spider-Man and sought the aid of Doctor Strange but he too was unsuccessful and the creature escaped. Later, Reed finds the deceased body of Peter Parker after the Symbiote aged him and then bonded to Hulk. He along with other Avengers and members of the Fantastic Four attended his funeral. Reed used his own work, Parker's notes and blood samples to create both a tracker and weapon that could kill the creature. He assembled the Avengers to track the creature down. They do so, but the Symbiote transfered to Thor and Reed finds himself unable to use the weapon in case it killed Thor. He went and summoned Black Bolt who used his sonic powers to seperate Thor and the Symbiote. Reed was going to put the Symbiote in a special containment cell, but Strange suggested he send it to a different dimension, which Reed agreed to.
