History

Regina Napolitano was the widow of one of the heads of the Napolitano clan. After losing three husbands to the Punisher, she decided to hire her cousin, the famous assassin Suspiria, to finally kill him and take control of her family.

After her plan failed, the Punisher shot her in front of the other widows of the Napolitano Family and killed Regina by throwing her from a window.
