History

The Remote Control Orbital Public Address System was a device created by Reed Richards that was used to contact the Super-Skrull after his initial fight with the Fantastic Four. Richards challenged the Super-Skrull to fight them at a remote location so that the Invisible Girl could plant a device on him that would prevent him from receiving the power from his home planet that gave him his super powers.
