History
The Replicoid was a clone of Thor created by the Celestial Exitar to facilitate communication with him on Pangoria. The Replicoid forcefully returned Thor to Earth.[1] He was later sent to Earth to retrieve Thor and Hercules and warn about Stellaris who was also tracking the Replicoid. He sacrificed himself in order to protect Thor.[2]
Trivia
Thor could not destroy Exitar when he was inside of him. Years later Invisible Woman would find herself inside Exitar and would also meet a duplicate of herself created by Exitar to facilitate communication with her. Invisible Woman seemingly destroyed Exitar and her duplicate.
