Rhiannon was the Tuatha de Danaan goddess of enchantments, fertility, birds and horses.

She became the mother of Donal MacLlanllwyr, and grandmother to Arianrhod MacLlanllwyr.

During the 1st century AD, the three of them battled the demon Y'Garon.
