The Marvel Universe has various individuals who have accumulated vast amounts of wealth either due inheritance, business acumen or nefarious means. The total net worth of each individual on the list is estimated, in United States dollars, based on their assets and accounting for debt.

  • T'Challa better known as Black Panther is the ruler of the African Nation of Wakanda. The nation has gained vast wealth being the only source of Vibranium.
  • Yevgeny-Malevitch Volga is a wealthy business man responsible for the abduction and weaponization of several mutants and depowered mutants, like MeMe, whom he would then sell to other countries on the black market to the highest bidder. Estimated Value $268bn.[1]
  • Tony Stark better known as Iron Man is the CEO of the multi-billion dollar company Stark Industries. Though Inhering the company from his father Howard Stark, he expanded that company further using his own brilliant technical expertise. Tony has a personal wealth estimated at $100 billion dollars. The company made its fortune being one of the worlds leading weapon manufacturers.
  • Dr. Victor von Doom is considered to be one of the smartest men in the world. As the ruler of the small European nation of Latveria is has access the vast amount of wealth. Using his technical acumen he was able to bring his nation from a backwater country to one of the most advanced on the planet.
  • Wilson Fisk, who became known as the "Kingpin of Crime" started life from humble beginning but gained a vast fortune through crime, murder, extortion, bribes, and power. After being bullied around as a kid, Wilson Fisk made himself into a powerhouse later in his life – both physically and socially. Bringing down crime boss after crime boss, taking all their money and power and making them his, he has truly earned the name Kingpin of crime. He was able to use this money to create a legitimate arm to his business known as Fisk Industries.
  • Namor the Sub-Mariner is ruler of the underwater nation of Atlantis. He has access to the vast wealth hidden beneath the ocean such as sunken ships and rare minerals. He was able to use this wealth to create Oracle Inc. a powerful corporation located on the surface world.
  • Norman Osborn better known as the Green Goblin is the CEO of Oscorp. The company was started by Osborn and Mendel Stromm. Using their inventions and patents and military contracts they were able to expand the business to a multi-billion dollar corporation. Although a convicted felon he was later Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. which he turned into his own agency H.A.M.M.E.R.. During this time he had the government's full support to do whatever he wants. He's been using these insanely powerful resources to systematically take down every major superhero reducing them to fugitives one by one.
  • Professor Charles Xavier, M.D. Ph.D is the founder of the Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. He was born into a wealthy east coast family growing up on a palatial estate. He was able to invest his money wisely and from the patents he created to increase his family wealth to a small fortune. He was able to use these funds to form the X-Men, providing them with advanced technology and the X-Jet which is worth about $33 million. Estimated Value $3.5bn.[2]
  • Daniel Rand, otherwise known as Iron Fist inherited a vast fortune from his father Wendell Rand who created the Rand-Meachum Inc. along with Harold Meachum. When Danny left K'un-Lun he learned of his fortune and it's not so noble origins and left the company in the hands of Ward Meachum and later Joy Meachum. He instead started his own company a non-profit organization that focused on helping the poor and needy. Due to his upbringing Danny had no interest in the money but only utilized when needed during his heroics.
  • Emma Frost inherited her wealth from her family but later became the CEO of Frost International, a multi-billion dollar company that deals with electronics and transportation. Frost with a combination of her brilliant business mind and psychic powers was able to expand the company even further. Her vast fortune allows her membership to the Hellfire Club.
  • Max Eisenhardt better known as Magneto has been able to gather together a vast fortune beginning with recovering a horde of Nazi Gold from Hydra. He was able to use this fortune during his was on his mutant war on humanity. He later took over the island nation of Genosha and was appointed its sovereign leader by the United Nations. Being able to manipulate metal he is always able to gain access the precious metals on the planet.
  • Warren Worthington III better known as Angel from the X-Men inherited his fortune from his parents when they were killed. He also became the CEO of Worthington Industries. He's founded various non-profit organizations to help mutants who suffer through the same shame he did when he was growing up. He also funded X-Factor.[5]
  • Hercules the has gained vast wealth over his long lifetime. He was able to purchase entire bars with gold he has in his pocket. His diverse portfolio required two superheroes a full week to even gather, let alone settle, in the wake of his demise. He was an initial investors in Stark Industries. The the original investment was $100,000, but now when the size of the investment was calculated, a second line of zeroes was required.[6]
