History
Rii the Destroyer was a warrior of Arakko, during the years it was trapped in Amenth, renowned for his mutant weapon to destroy his opponents and erase their very essence.[3]
Following the relocation of Arakko to Earth, Rii and a group of Arakkii declared sovereignty over Chichibu in Saitama, Japan because Rii wanted to enslave his new favorite master whiskey distiller. This and similar situations led to the Quiet Council expedite their plans to terraform Mars.[2]
After the Genesis War, Rii took umbrage with Sunspot participating in the Blood Dawn.[4] Rii threatened Sunspot openly and as the Blood Dawn comensed, Rii assude tradition and tried to murder Sunspot.[3] Although battered, Sunspot was able to survive the Blood Dawn and won the respect of Rii.[5]Attributes
Powers
- Destruction: Rii can destroy his opponents' very essence including the erasure of memories or impression of them. Rii's weapon is in his gut and with one taste of his opponents flesh or blood, he can erase them from existence and history.[6]
