History

Called Rion of the Laughing Visage since the day of his manhood, by the joy he displayed as he baited the bull for long minutes, Rion witnessed Conan managing to kill the bull on his fifteenth birthday during his age ceremony.

A while later, Rion fought alongisde Conan in the battle of Venarium, rallying the Cimmerian tribesmen against the Aquilonian invaders. He was eventually killed by Commander Metrius, whose life Rion wished to spare.
