Riri Williams's history was identical to that of his Earth-199999 counterpart until Janet Van Dyne was infected by a virus from the Quantum Realm. Janet infected her husband Hank Pym when he tried to take her out of the Quantum Realm which resulted in the spread of the virus around the world.
Five years after the Zombie apocalypse, Riri Williams lived with Kamala Khan and Kate Bishop at Kate mom's estate. Riri had managed to steal an Iron Man Armor suit which was controlled by F.R.I.D.A.Y.. Upon finding a Nova Corps signal transmitter in a downed Quinjet, they decided to undertake a road trip to S.H.I.E.L.D. facility in Ohio where its signal could be boosted. Unfortunately, they decided to take a shortcut through the Valley of the Broken Gods, where Zombie Captain Marvel was locked in endless combat with Ikaris. Their car was destroyed, and Kate was vaporized by Zombie Carol. Riri became infected, but seemingly stopped the infection using a serum and ordered F.R.I.D.A.Y. to save Kamala while she prevented the zombies from devouring her. After carrying out Riri's order, F.R.I.D.A.Y. returned to the valley to rescue her; however, it is unknown if she succeeded. [1]
Riri managed to escape the zombies and Captain Marvel. Unbeknownst to her, Wanda Maximoff had stolen the power of the Infinity Stones from Hulk and trapped Kamala in an illusion where she was happy with Kate and Riri. Meanwhile, Riri had managed to find Kamala and tried to wake her from Wanda's illusion while the zombies chased her.[2]Paraphernalia
