History
After Stormphoenix took over from Storm and began to form her new world order, Speedball joined her as one of the Followers of Storm. Speedball was present in the Helicarrier when Stormphoenix left to destroy the Yallut for breaking the treaty and going whaling. When Wolverine lead a rebellion against the Phoenix, Speedball presumably escaped the exploding Helicarrier alongside the other mutants.[1]
