The past of Rebel Ralston of Earth-9997 mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart. In recent times, Ralston has died, however the circumstances regarding his death remain unrevealed. Ralston would be seen in the Realm of the Dead, living an eternity like so many others there in constant battle, and believing that he is still alive and those who are still living are dead. Ralston was among the many residents of the Realm of the Dead to join Mar-Vell's army of heroes in his struggle to defeat and kill Death.
