History

Growing up, Rocky and his mother were dependent on the money his cousin, Carl Creel, sent them. Creel was more like a brother than a cousin to Rocky.

Unsuited for the criminal life, Rocky still attempted to become a supervillain. He stole armor and began using the moniker Hi-Lite while using it. However, during a heist at the New York Museum of Antiquities, Rocky was arrested while performing CPR on a guard.

Rocky skipped out on his bail, hiding out with his cousin Creel and a miniature Titania. He was later captured by She-Hulk and Jazinda.
