History

Caps Cooper was a highschool friend of Richard Rider and Bernie Dillon, and later attended Empire State University. His uncle Nathan was the villain Megaman, who once sought revenge on Caps for supposedly leaving him for dead after an accident. He was rescued by Rider and related what happened to his uncle from his point of view and supplemented by what his uncle told him about the Protector.
