History

Roger Falcone, a corrupt policeman who along with other corrupt officers, tried to kill Detective Brigid O'Reilly along with other police officers on her side, when they were investigating a warehouse belonging to a pharmaceutical company. After an apparent failed attempt by Cloak and Dagger to resurrect her, O'Reilly came back to life as Mayhem, and managed to track down Falcone and kill him.
