History
The history of Rom of Earth-9997 mirrors that of his Earth-616 counterpart.
In recent history, for reasons unknown, Rom now lives in Limbo, where he fights the Dire Wraiths in that realm. When Captain America and Mar-Vell traveled there to collect Anti-Metal, Rom gave Cap his Neutralizer weapon to banish any foes he encountered to Limbo.[1]
