History

Takimoto was a tracker and assassin working for Baron Strucker's Hydra. When three genetic experiments escaped Hydra custody, Takimoto was sent to hunt down the bladed Guillotine.

Guillotine had become involved in a disgraced Yakuza boss's efforts to enter the New York City drug trade. Takimoto made an alliance with the Punisher to bring down Guillotine. During their battle with the mutate, however, Takimoto was killed by Guillotine.
