History
Roselita Octavius was the ex-wife of Otto Octavius.[1] After he turned into Doctor Octopus, a movie studio optioned his story from her to serve as the antagonist of a film based on Spider-Man. She also served as consultant for the movie.[2]
When she was on the set of the movie, Roselita was attacked by Octavius, who had escaped from prison after learning the news of her involvement in the movie. She was saved by the intervention of Spider-Man,[1] and Roselita escaped afterwards.[3]Notes
- Roselita's name is spelled "Roselita" throughout Ultimate Spider-Man #55, and it appears as "Rosalita" in the recap page for Ultimate Spider-Man #56. Her name is likely a nod to Rosie Octavius in Spider-Man 2.
