A young Roxanne Simpson met with Johnny Blaze after Johnny's father had wrote a speech for her father. When he attempted to hand it over to her, a pair of bullies ran off with it. Johnny chased them down on his tricycle and knocked them out, returning the speech to Roxanne.[1]
