History

"Rubber Ducky" is an aquatic add-on to the Iron Man Armor that allows it to travel safely through water. Used by Tony when Attuma attempted to flood New York, Falcon made fun of the name.

Notes

• Rubber Ducky appears to be based on one of the adaptations of Earth-534834's Iron Man's Modular Armor and subsequently the original Hydro Armor Earth-616's Tony Stark built for underwater travel.
• Rubber Ducky's color scheme is later changed to resemble Earth-199999's Iron Man's Deep Sea Suit

Trivia

• The armor is similar in appearance to a "Storm Surge" armor seen in the action figure line Iron Man: Armored Avenger by Hasbro in 2011, which was based on designs created by artist Phil Saunders in 2007 as concept art for the first Iron Man film.
