Rusty Rumple is a housewife who often had to deal with the crazy occurrences of her husband Johnny and their son and daughter.
Trivia
- The Rusty feature was Timely/Atlas's attempt to do something similar to the comic strip Blondie, with Rusty resembling Blondie Bumstead, her husband John resembling Dagwood, etc.
- Later, in Fantastic Four #276, Marvel would introduce characters who resemble Blondie and Dagwood more closely, but only as cameo background characters.
