Ruth Bat-Seraph is an Israel-born former Black Widow of the Red Room. She was freed from General Dreykov's control by Natasha Romanoff and Yelena Belova in 2016.

By 2027, Seraph served as the chief of security for President of the United States Thaddeus Ross.
