History
Origins[]
Graydon Creed traveled the Multiverse to hunt down variants of his father, Sabretooth. Graydon killed many variants, whose heads he kept as mounted trophies wile converting their headless bodies into cyborgs, although he kept three variants - Sabretooth-12, Sabretooth-203 and Sabretooth-1912 - imprisoned in his space station Station Five in his native Earth-616. Graydon eventually captured and began torturing his father until the other three Sabretooths freed themselves and attacked him, eventually using his own interdimensional device to send him through a portal to another universe. Now with the Sabretooth cyborgs and Station Five at his disposal, Sabretooth-616 led the other Sabretooths as his own personal army.[2]
Sabretooth War[]
The Sabretooth Army traveled the Multiverse to hone their skills by hunting down variants of Sabretooth-616's enemies and recruited other Sabretooths, including Sabretooth-33441. In hopes of continuing his long standing tradition of hurting his archnemesis Wolverine on his birthday, Sabretooth and his army returned to Earth-616 and planned to mount an attack on Krakoa to kill the Quiet Council for imprisoning him in the Pit, only to find it deserted and under siege by Orchis due to the events of the third Hellfire Gala. Sabretooth's attention would thus switch to Wolverine's new X-Force team, with Wolverine protégé Kid Omega being ambushed and having his body cannibalized by the Sabreteeth after he investigated the presence of new mutants on Krakoa. Sabretooth and his army used the telepathic energy from Kid Omega's still alive head to track down X-Force's new arctic base and incapacitated X-Force members Sage and Black Tom Cassidy with it. Sabretooth then encountered Wolverine's son Fang and slaughtered and dismembered him, using his remains to spell out "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" for Wolverine.[3] Wolverine attacked Sabretooth in a berserk rage, but the cyborgs defeated him. After mocking Wolverine, Sabretooth restrained him with adamantium tentacles and decided to torment him further by murdering the inhabitants inside the Greenhouse. Sabretooth and his army laid waste to the Greenhouse and massacred many mutants so that Wolverine could witness the carnage; during the onslaught "Pretty Boy" Sabretooth was killed by Wolverine's daughter, also named Wolverine. Sage and Black Tom recovered and activated the Greenhouse's defense mechanisms, which took the form of powerful vines that killed many of the cyborgs by impaling or crushing them to death. Sabretooth and the remnants of the army were forced to retreat.[1] Despite the army succeeding in killing many of Sabretooth's targets and managing to abduct Laura, Savage and Camo blamed Sabretooth for the deaths of Pretty Boy and Cap and attempted to usurp him back at Station Five, but were unsuccessful in beating him due to his adamantium skeleton, which they previously helped him recover from another universe. Although the two reluctantly agreed to follow Sabretooth's leadership again, they secretly planned to usurp him and planned to recover their "nephew" Graydon from the dimension they trapped him in.[4] When Cap was revealed to have survived from his injuries, he was captured and interrogated by X-Force, with Phoebe Cuckoo using her telepathy to discover the history and goals of the Sabretooth Army. A psonic image of Sabretooth created as a failsafe within Cap's mind attempted to kill Phoebe before should uncover anything else, forcing Domino to kill Cap. When Kid Omega's consciousness sent out a telepathic plea for help from Station Five, Wolverine flew the Bluebird to confront the Army at their base.[5] While Sabretooth was preoccupied on Krakoa, Camo and Savage used the opportunity to extract Graydon from the dimension he was trapped in.[6] Graydon agreed to help them due to their mutual hatred of Sabretooth. After Laura escaped her prison, killing Savage and several other cyborgs before sending a distress signal to X-Force X-Force, Camo, Graydon and the remaining army confronted her.[7] Laura disabled Station Five's cloaking mechanism before jumping out, causing the Stark Sentinels patrolling Krakoa to detect and attack the Army. During the aerial assault Graydon used his cybernetic implants to reprogram one of the Sentinels and piloted it to destroy the other Sentinels attacking Station Five while Camo piloted the station.[8] After the assault Camo compared Graydon's obsession with Sabretooth to Sabretooth's own obsession with Wolverine, prompting an insulted Graydon to destroy Station Five with his Sentinel, killing Camo and the remaining Army.[9]Paraphernalia
