History
The Honorable Sandra Franklin was the judge presiding over the trial of Peter Parker.[1] Judge Franklin heard Mary Jane Watson testify on behalf of her husband.[2] Judge Franklin then witnessed Kaine enter the courthouse and confess to be the real killer, only to attack Ben Reilly.[3] After Kaine's arrest, she acquitted Peter Parker and set him free.[4]
