History

Sanford was a kid from Citrusville, Florida. After the Thing defeated the son of the Molecule Man, he gave Sanford the Villain's power rod. While playing with the rod with his friends, his friend Cynthia drowned with the rod in the swamps, causing her to become the Molecule Person.
