History
Sapphire was an Inhuman on Attilan who underwent Terrigenesis. After 13 days she emerged, having gained a third eye on her forehead and some level of clairvoyance, taking the name Tri-Clops. One of the first things she detected was that the Fantastic Four had secretly infiltrated the city and revealed this to the other Inhumans who attacked the group.[1]

Clairvoyance: After her exposure to the Terrigen Mists, Sapphire gained a third eye that allowed her to glimpse into the deepest and darkest of secrets. By her own account, she is supposedly all-seeing and all-knowing as she can perceive the secrets and actions of Earth's human population all at once. She could also see through forms of deception such as invisible fields cast by the Susan Storm.
