History
Sara Wolfe is of Cheyenne origin. Her great-grandfather was the shaman of her clan, who wanted to teach her the craft, but she chose a different path.[1] She ran into Clea (Earth-616) while Clea was being chased by Dormammus wraiths while investigating Wongs disappearance, and offered to swap bodies so that Clea could follow Wongs trail. Sara stayed in the Sanctum alone until Dr. Strange returned from an encounter with Mordo, and brought him up to speed on what had happened to Clea. She informed Strange that his bills were unpaid and he had no money, and he offered to have her come on as his secretary so that someone could handle earthly matters and he could keep focus on the mystical. [2] She became the secretary of Doctor Strange and the love interest of his assistant, Wong. However, their affection could not be because Wong had been promised to another since childhood.[3]
As part of his "Faust Gambit," Baron Mordo severed Sarah's soul from her body and trapped it in a sphere along with his own as part of a scheme to defeat Doctor Strange. He later recanted and released her.[4]See Also
