Scandinavia was a region in northern Europe surrounding the Scandinavian Peninsula that included the kingdoms of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, as well as Finland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.

History

Origin

After the end of the Ice Age, the heights of Asgard became the Scandinavian Peninsula.[2]

At least circa 8250 BC, Northern Vanaheim was part of Scandinavia as well[3] (though Vanaheim in general was submerged by the Norwegian Sea,[2]
