Scott Lang was a member of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Reserves of Giant-Men, joining the government agency alongside his daughter Cassie.
Lang was upgraded to the New Ultimates just in time for the team to discover that Nick Fury was supposedly trying to steal the latest attempts at Super-Soldiers from Gregory Stark's English Facility.[1]
He fought Hawkeye during the massive Avengers vs. New Ultimates battle, and successfully pinned him in a crushed car, which neutralized the Avenger. [2] He later helped both teams defeat the Spider and his forces in North Korea. [3]
Powers and Abilities
Powers
Dr. Lang uses the same technology that gave Hank Pym his powers to grow to different proportional sizes. It is unclear as of yet if Lang possesses Hank's ability to shrink in size as well.
Paraphernalia
Equipment
Special S.H.I.E.L.D. jumpsuit with the capability to match Lang's size without compromising structural integrity, to a certain degree. Lang also wears goggles.
Notes
- Scott Lang was not turned into a vampire in Ultimate Comics Avengers 3. This individual, David Scotty was killed by another Giant Man. Confusion was created due to "Scotty" being mistaken as a pet name of Scott.
