History
The Scrolls of Watoomb, are a precious source of magical knowledge written by Watoomb in an unidentified past, giving their user quicker and safer control over the Winds of Watoomb, as well as a greater power to the Winds; the Scrolls also increased the power of the sorcerer wielding them.[citation needed]
It was among the mystical books of Doctor Strange. They were usurped by Urthona, but later returned to Strange by Agamotto.[1]See Also
