History

Señor Scratchy was a pet rabbit owned Agatha Harkness. He was given to Wanda Maximoff by Agatha for use in her magic act at Westview's talent show to raise money for Westview Elementary School. She brought the rabbit to the talent show, where her husband and performance partner, Vision, arrived and was malfunctioning due to a piece of chewing gum in his gears. Señor Scratchy was placed inside Vision's hat in preparation for Vision to pull him out of it later as a trick. However, the show began to go wrong due to Vision's malfunction. The hat fell off and Scratchy hopped across the stage before Maximoff picked him up.

Notes

• A deleted scene would have shown Señor Scratchy to be Agatha's familiar, turning into a dragon-like creature and chasing Ralph, Monica, Darcy and the twins as they were attempting to steal the Darkhold.

Trivia

• The name Señor Scratchy could be a reference to Nicholas Scratch, Agatha Harkness' son in the comics.
• Agatha is commonly depicted to have a black cat named Ebony as her familiar. Although it's never explicitly stated in WandaVision that Señor Scratchy is Agatha's familiar.
