History

Sebastian was a Skrull part of the Skrull Slavers that disguised himself as an animal tamer in a carnival in Kentucky, when the New Mutants arrived he talked with Horio about capturing them, after that he drugged Rictor and Wolfsbane making them smaller and trapping them along with the rest of captured people in a glass showcase. After Rictor and Wolfsbane broke themselves free he proceeded to fight the rest of the New Mutants along with Horio, when the cops were arriving as a result of the conflict him and the rest of the skrulls decided to leave.
