Synopsis for 1st story
As thousands flooded bridges and tunnels in Midtown Manhattan, fleeing a Skrull ship, as the injured Kinsey searched for Ali and Ethan. She passed out and woke up with them standing over her before she was laid down by a stretcher. Before she could be taken to an ambulance, a Skrull picked it up and tossed it. As the three students ran, the police's guns were ineffective against the Skrulls' powers.
After watching the Baxter Building explode, Ali decided that she just wanted it to be over and challenged the Skrulls to come to her. After Ali changed her mind about wanting the Skrulls to kill her, Ethan and Kinsey pulled her away from a Skrull that was causing strong winds. The three ran for cover, although Ali was stabbed by debris before Wiccan and Hulkling, although they believed them to be Skrulls, at first, found them.
