Synopsis for "Farewell"
Captain Marvel said his possible goodbye to Heather, claiming that his intentions were good. Two days earlier, Captain Marvel watched Radioactive Man's interview on T.V. when Heather came back with the data bank he took from the Skrulls and confirmed that tech was "legit." She activated the data bank, although she was unsure if the plans were real and Captain Marvel deduced that it showed how the Skrull Armada was supposed to be positioned around Earth. Then, Captain Marvel and Heather debated on whether or not to show it to someone they could trust.
The Skrulls learned that Captain Marvel had arrived through their Negative Zone portal, but surrendered upon arrival and asked to speak to the base commander. Captain Marvel claimed that he wanted to aid the invasion and not stop it. He left a letter for Heather before surrendering to the Skrulls and went to Thunderbolts Mountain where tanks stood in front of him.
