History
When Set was forced to flee Earth due to Atum, he created a dimension, one of the first Inner Planes, very close to it so he could continue influencing things on Earth.[4]
During the eras when Set's wizards and lizards ruled the Earth, the Serpent's Sea was practically impossible to cross.[5]
